Please note that Karoo Pesto (PTY) Ltd K2020113512, Business Category – Production and Sale a regulations goods, will under no circumstances transport or deliver any products that is outside the constraints of our parameters.

The CIPC certifies that the business operating as Karoo Pesto has registered as an Essential Service business during the lock down period as announced by the President of the Republic on 23 March 2020. The possession of this certificate is still subject to the business complying with the definition of an Essential business in terms of the applicable Regulations.

All payments must be made before or on day of delivery. Payment can be done via card or cash and no payment will be accepted afterwards.

Karoo Pesto will not be held liable for any loss, harm or damage once the product has been handed over to the intended party and signed off by the relevant party. We will also not replace any stock once the stock has expired on your shelf or refund expired stock unless proven on day of delivery that product has expired that we are delivering. All products should be kept in refrigeration and Karoo Pesto has full right to inspect any area where the product is held. Karoo Pesto will not be held liable for any product that goes bad due to the load shedding occurring in the Republic of South Africa. Account customers should know that interest of 5% per month (on total outstanding) will be added on late payments after 30 days. Should the account not be settled after the agreed period, the client will be held liable for all attorney costs as well as interest added to amount of purchase. Once the product has been taken in possession this becomes a binding document.
